Highest quality for perfect moulds
Our high-quality foundry sands are used to produce casting moulds and cores. The most important property for suitability as a moulding material is the SiO2 content. This should be between 94 and > 99 %. Our quartz sands achieve values of > 99 %. The advantages of our quartz sand lie in its high purity, its high sintering temperature of > 1600 °C and its high SiO2 content. Our products are made from previously screened grain fractions and can therefore be offered according to demand and customer requirements. Another advantage of our products is the low slurry content, which is achieved by processing in the sand washes.
We can also fulfil requirements where 3D printers are used with our special sand.

You can request your customised product data sheet for these and other grain sizes.
Our goal is the holistic and therefore resource-saving utilisation of our deposits. As our customers in the foundry sector have long-term supply relationships, larger tonnages and finely tuned parameters, we create customised product data sheets , which you can request from us here.
